Information about our customers
- Waitlist: your email and anything you choose to tell us (name, role, counties, notes). We use it to tell you about launch and to decide which counties to prioritize.
- Accounts: name, email, hashed password, plan, your notes and pipeline stages, and a log of sign-ins and exports.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- Email: sent through Resend.
We don’t sell or share customer information, and we don’t use advertising trackers.
Information in the Service
The Service contains public court and property records about estates. Cases that become non-public are deleted when the court’s data is refreshed. If you believe a record about you or your family is wrong, or want to ask about it, email hello@northstarprobate.com and we will look into it promptly.
Keeping and deleting data
We keep account data while your account exists and for up to a year after it closes, unless you ask us to delete it sooner (some billing records must be kept longer by law). To ask, email hello@northstarprobate.com.
